How much - the Cost

What's this going to cost me? There is no standard fee. You need a bankruptcy expert to analyze your case, spot any red-flags or possible issues that need to be avoided. It is impossible to assess how much work or effort is involved in a particular case just from a phone call. There is no such thing as a "simple straight Chapter 7," as each of our lives have unique factors involved. The costs usually range anywhere from $800 to $1250 for a Chapter 7, and yes, we offer a great no-pressure payment plan. The best way to find out the cost is to contact me and invest the half-hour or so to get some expert advice.

Documents - Stuff We Need

What Do I Bring?

It will be helpful if you bring a copy of your Drivers License and  Social Security Card for verification purposes. Also, a list of your creditors, including addresses, account numbers, and dollar amounts owed. Finally, it would be helpful if you have a copy of your last two years' tax returns.
